Second Saturday Group: 11:00-11:30
Starting on October 13th you can learn the techniques to complete a new block each month. At the end of 12 months you will have a completed top! Advanced piecing techniques will be used to create a beautiful sampler quilt that looks like anything but a sampler. Check out the Dazzling Diamonds Quilt to see what you can do!
Beginning Quilting:
Session 1: Feb 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 from 10-1
Session 2: Feb 18, 25, March 3, 17, 24 from 5:30-8:30
Session 3: Feb 23, March 1, 8, 15, 22 from 12-3
We are going to learn how to make a quilt from start to finish over five weeks. You will learn cutting, sewing, basic machine quilting and binding.
Valentine Post Card:
Make a postcard out of fabric that you can send through the MAIL. We have kits all ready for you!
State of Grace:
Feb 6, 13 and 20 from 10-1
This is a great quilt to use those Jelly Rolls that are so popular this year! From the book Strip Clubbing!
Machine Mastery Class:
Session 1: Feb 12, 19, 26 and March 4 from 10-12
Session 2: Feb 14, 21, 28, and March 6 from 6-8
Did you get a new Bernina? Then you need to take the Machine Mastery Class and learn how to use all the wonderful features of your new machine. Sue will guide you though the learning process.
Eastern Sense:
Feb 19, 26 and Mar 4 from 5:30-8:30
This quilt is stunning in pink and black! Stop by to see the sample and get the same fabric the pattern uses!
Shangri-La:
Feb 20, 27, March 5 from 6-9
What a great little kit and a stylish bag to hold it. This quilt is paper pieced and uses the great Moda line Shangri-La.
Sunset Strip:
Session 1: March 11, 18 and April 1 from 5:30-8:30
Session 2: March 5, 12, 19 from 10-1
Use a sweatshirt as a foundation and make a great jacket.
Table Runner of the Month:
February 7 and 14 from 10-1
March 11 and 18 from 10-1
April 9 and 16 from 10-1
Each month we will be featuring a new table runner. Use these little projects to spice up your seasonal décor!
Field of Flowers:
Session 1: March 28, April 4, 11 from 10-1
Session 2: March 13, 20, April 3 from 5:30-8:30
This pattern utilizes the jelly rolls that are so popular and 1 background fabric. We have several different fabric lines available as jelly rolls at the store!
Jelly Roll Jive:
April 14, 21 and 28 from 10-1
Pinwheels accent this pattern. The pattern is actually 2 patterns in one. Just change a small detail and it gives you a totally different quilt.
Gathering Leaves:
April 15, 22, 29 from 5:30-8:30
This is a great quilt kit from MODA. Several different blocks make up the quilt and it has a very scrappy look to it as well. Learn all the techniques you need for piecing success for this quilt in class.
